    Andrew you joke about doing one arm pull ups, but there are channels out there that would literally have given that as a real suggestion and fix. This is what makes your channel different because you understand how to fix real problems with realistic solutions

    I do unilateral lat pull downs with a bench to support the chest currently. I will definitely try this exercise and see how it feels!

    My left side is so much stronger than my right and I will use this exercise to fix it. My experience with your videos have always come through good

      Happy that this is your experience with the channel, Malcolm! We're in the business of gains over here, so hearing that you've found it valuable is sooooo motivational!

    Hi Andrew! Could you make a video about how to train with scoliosis? I would be really interested in which exercises should be avoided or modified. Also if some mobility exercises could make it worse or better, e.g.: back bridge. If anyone from the crowd has any experience or materials regarding this topic, I'd love to learn more about it. Thanks!

      Hi Feci!
      I really don't think I'd have the expertise to make a video on that, but that being said, I have met two people in my life with scoliosis and both focused heavily on mobility to compensate for the limiations of scoliosis, and because of this they were able to achieve very high levels of strength (one of them could even one arm handstand.
      It will depend on the severity of your scoliosis, but i think this is something we could all learn from, but definitely see a specialist to advise you on your specific needs.
      Hope this helps and keep me posted on how your training goes! 💪🏿

    What about one arm assisted chin-ups?

    Great Video!
    I see that you've included wrist wraps in your video description. Do you recommend light wrist wraps or performance wrist wraps? I'm an intermediate in calisthenics working on my planche journey.

      Good question!
      My two cents is yes. I have used them myself and use them whenever I feel my wrists are a limiting factor. Over time the wrists will get stronger and you can wean yourself off them - but definitely use them in the meantime if you want 💪🏿👊🏿

    Awesome video going to try this. I have the strength to pull myself up but terribly imbalanced lmao what rep range do you recommend and do you recommend doing this along with rows for a while?

    • @CaliToTheCrowd
      @CaliToTheCrowd  9 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Definitely recommend a high rep range for this, 8-12 reps per arm.
      And 100%, rows would compliment fixing this!
      Good luck!! 👊🏿

    Should you stop doing pull ups while trying to fix the imbalance?😅

    • @CaliToTheCrowd
      @CaliToTheCrowd  ปีที่แล้ว +2

      No! Definitely keep doing them. Just manage volume so that you're not doing too much overhead pulling =]
      Hope this helps!
