I have one question: What are those weird.... large projectiles she's shooting?
Looks like a cage with the same crown inside that the corpse is wearing. My guess is it’s a representation of a Santos cage doll.
It's a spiked ciborium, those canopies in churches supported by columns.
Might rage quit. This fight is all luck and a tiny bit of skill.
If you’re still needing help, equip whatever mystical defense items you have. Makes a world of difference. I googled for help and found it on Reddit. As much mystical defense as possible. Rosery beads, I think, and the wooden sculptures are two, maybe three places to boost mystical defense, assuming you have the items. If not, check all shops and npc’s. I beat her my second try after this help.
