    인스타 질문글 올리면 항상 제일 많이 왔던 질문이
    다이어트에 관한 거였어요
    글로만 전하기에는 한계가 있어서
    항상 만들고 싶다고 생각하다가
    최근에 다시 건강한 다이어트를 시작 했기 때문에

    여러분 안녕하세요 🙂
    설명이 부족한 부분은 추가로 설명하는 영상을 만들거에요!
    이 영상은 제가 다이어트를 해온 과정들을 간략하게 보여드리고 저한테 맞는 다이어트를 찾기 까지 많은 시행착오가 있었다는 내용을 담고 싶었어요 :-)
    현재는 건강하고 폭식증이 생기지 않는 방향(너무 절식하지 않는 선)에서 다이어트를 하려고 노력중이에요

      아 언니ㅠ 진짜 나랑 똑같아요 제가 지금 키가 169에 몸무게가 58이에요ㅠ 원래 54였다가 굶다 먹다를 반복하면서 이제는 살도 잘 안빠지고 쪄가지고 진짜 스트레스 받고 짜증나더라고요.. 건강한 다이어트..하 각잡고 제대로 해봐야겠어요

    정상의 기준을 몸무게로 정하지 마세요. 생리를 규칙적으로 하는가, 생리통 등 월경 전후 증후군이 어느정도인지 외부적인 도움으로 가벼운 수준에서 조절할 수 있는지, 소화 불량은 어느정도 나타나는지, 머리카락의 변화, 안색의 변화, 소변과 대변, 아침에 일어날 때의 반응 등의 요인으로 판단하세요. 다이어트한다고 근육이 너무 빠지서나 너무 찌면 이런 정상적인 부분들이 제대로 이루어지지 않습니다. 다이어트한다고 적게 먹어서 변비가 오는 것도 해당이 됩니다. 여성분들 진짜 근육 강화하는 운동 하세요.
    살 안찌고 싶으시면 근육량 늘리시고요 근육이 빠지면 쉽기 피로해지고 소화력도 떨어지고 혈액순환이 떨어져서 생리가 잘 안오고 생리통이 심해집니다.
    사람마다 차이가 있겠지만 체질적인 면은 극복하기 어렵지만 체력을 기름으로 어느정도 한계를 개선할 수 있습니다.
    다이어트 하느라 너무 잡곡밥만 드시면 장에 무리가 갈 수도 있어요. 소화기관이 예민하신 분들은 생채소나 잡곡보다는 익힌 채소랑 흰쌀밥을 드시는게 좋습니다.

      김준현 다이어트를 권하는 것보다 데이트코스를 같이 운동하는 코스로 짜거나 칼로리 낮은 음식을 만들어 먹는건 어떨까요~?

    This is really refreshing to watch! I've started to eat healthy recently, and have been going on more walks as well. I got a bit discouraged earlier because of many weight loss information out there that didn't go with what I'm currently doing, but your video really helped me! ❤️

    170에 62kg 도 정상인데..... 엄청 열심히 하셨네요 ! 근데 62kg 몸매도 엄청 이쁘시다...특히 허벅지... 저도 요즘 다이어트 중인데 기 받아갑니다 같이 화이팅해요 !

      170에 62가 정상 아니면 뭐지... 근육 개부족한 사람 아닌이상 인바디로 보던 눈으로 보던 완벽한 정상임.. 정상의 기준이 혹시 군살하나 없고 완벽한 몸이라고 생각하는건 아니죠? 건강을 해치지 않는 선까지의 체중이 정상의 기준입니다 미의 기준을 정상의 기준과 착각하면 안될 것 같아요^^ 그렇기 때문에 누군가에게 미적인 기준을 들이대면서 빼야할 몸무게 라고 말하는 건 아주 예의없는 행동이죠... 아니면 무지함에서 나오는 무식한 행동이거나? 참고로 제 주변 여자 170 62 있는데 밖에서 날씬하다 몸매좋다 소리 들어요 근육량은 정상이고..

    Based on my observation, once you see you are losing weight in the scales, you're really going to be obsessed with the numbers decreasing. I was once that too and now my friend who was 60kg, had a goal of getting to 50kg and now she's at that body weight, still wants to lose weight more until 47kg. I'm actually quite worried. But I wish her the best nonetheless. It's her own body after all.

      @@lila-mq2xy i am also on a diet and i am only eating 1 meal But i wake up at 3 A.m and eat i lost 5 pounds in 1 week but i also didn't ate any choclate ( i do workout but it also works if you wont work out )

      @@lila-mq2xy if my memory serves me right, she said she's always drinking ginger water with lemon. And she doesn't eat rice, sweets or anything that has many calories. She's also doing home workouts (she has no equipments by the way). And she started dieting on March until now so she's been doing it for 2 months. I hope this helps ☺️

      She isn't healthy. She is too skinny, her BMI is 16.95 and the cutoff for being underweight is 18.5, so she definitely underweight. The very MINIMUM she should weigh is 53,5kg and a good weight for her would be 58kg which is almost 10kg more than she weighs now.
      This isn't healthy and shouldn't be mimicked,

      I see mostly people voicing concern not hate. You can be an unhealthy weight, eat right, and be happy. That still doesn't change the fact that it's unhealthy. Would you say it's okay for someone to stay 400lbs just because they eat lost of healthy food and are happy, I think not. Being that underweight comes with health problems.

      @@dominiquethomas3775 It doesn't change that its unhealthy but it sure is not just ''concern''. Anyone who has experienced an ED would tell it takes TIME to recover. This entire video was literally her talking about her struggles and how she got obsessed with dieting and how she is now RECOVERING and eating BETTER. Eating better doesn't magically make someone gain weight. These ''concerns'' are logical if the person in question is not paying attention to them. Going to a video where the person in question is talking about their struggles openly and pointing out how it is UNHEALTHY and then commenting about how underweight and unhealthy she is? That's not concern, that's being ignorant and thinking recovery takes 1 second. If people wanna spread concern then go to channels that actively ADVOCATE for starving diets, not ones pointing out the FLAWS.

      @@yulana990 I'm not going to go too in on your comment I understand where you're coming from, your intentions are good and it seems that this topic hits close to home for you. The few English comments that aren't praising her weight and saying "it's okay she's eating healthy" are voicing genuine concern. I have mostly seen people share their tips and experiences with their ED. You can still display concern for people trying to get better, recovery isn't linear and people make mistakes or are misguided. It's okay to be concerned when you still see people struggling. I am well aware recovery is a long process, I have struggled with my own eating disorder.
      I hope we can both agree though that praising her figure and telling her that her life style and weight are perfect just because she eats healthy is just as harmful as people voicing ill concern?

    도입부분 볼때 저도 모르게 눈물나요 너무 공감가서.. 저는 학교 남자애들한테 놀림받아서 크게 상처받은 뒤로 160에 39까지 오게되었어요 아무리 주위에서 말랐다고해도 믿지않았고 0.3키로만 쪄도 밖에못나가고 살 잡아뜯고 안먹다가 쓰러지고..지금은 심리상담받고있지만 그곳보다 이 영상이 더 도움이 되는것같아요 ..뭔가 내 감정을 이해해주는 영상? 이런 영상 만들어주셔서 진짜진짜 감사합니다ㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ

      저는 키가 있다보니까 62도 정상체중의 범위인데도 덩치 크다, 전봇대다, 탱크같다 정말 별 소리 다 들었어요 .. 지금이라면 욕하고 말일이지만 그때 당시에 약해진 저한테는 엄청 큰 상처로 다가오더라구요.. 입에 뭐만 집어 넣으면 다시 살찔 것 같다는 생각에 시달렸는데 지금 어느 정도 내려놓고 건강하게 다이어트 하고 있어요 그래도 살 안쪄요 계속 빠지고 있어요.. 제 말이 위로가 될지 모르겠고 조심스럽지만 남이 나를 상처입히게 내버려두지 마세요 살이 좀 찌든 빠지든 우리는 소중한 존재니까요 영상 봐주셔서 감사해요!

    아주 잘 봤습니다 ㅎㅎ 브로콜리를 갈아 드시던데 혹시 브로콜리를 더 깨끗하게 씻고 싶으시면 송이 부분이 물에 잠기도록 뒤집어서 20분 이상 담가두세요. 그렇게 하면 브로콜리에 달린 수천개의 봉오리들이 펼쳐져서 그 안에 있던 먼지가 제거된다고 하네요. 브로콜리가 기름막이 있어서 물에 오래 담가서 봉오리들을 열지 않으면 씻기지 않는데요.

      안녕하세요! 곤약밥 추천 해요! 근데 곤약이 소화가 잘 안돼서 위가 약하신 분들한텐 비추라고 하더라구요 😀 백미나 현미랑 섞어서 드셔보세요 확실히 포만감은 있답니당
