Hey Joe, my answers got deleted for some reason! You are correct, the one shown in the model is a tile with the wood plank look. At the design center you get to pick your flooring and which rooms. Taylor morrison does allow for a lot of upgrades and changes if you pick a model that is not being pre built. The pre built models come with all the finishes the builder picked in order to expedited building given shortage of inventory! Cal me with any more questions!
