No kidding. I was a very young mother. I always thought if I had of waited I think I would of been a much better mother . I know my kids would argue that. I was a single mom and always held 2 job’s sometimes I would work 60 hour weeks .I saved for 3 years and managed to by a house on my own and provided a secure childhood. It was hard. I realize now if I had of waited till later I would not of been able to have them later. I hit menopause at 34. Now I’m a grandmother I promise you my grandson will never be taken for granted. I wasn’t there for my kids when you have to work 60 hour weeks in a trades profession. But now just turned 50. And I’m going to be best grams in Canada 🇨🇦 Eh!
I agree with you. There’s no better feeling or role than being a Dad. My son turned 22 today and l wonder where all tge time went. Fortunately, we have a great relationship and I wish that you and your son also continue having a great relationship. God Bless You.

This should be kept and watched periodically throughout his life bc he’s not going to give you that same adoration a little bit later in life, but remember how much he treasured your attention bc he still will even though it might not seem that he does. Just keep showing him how much you love him. It will make a big difference in how he turns out, or at least, that’s my opinion!
In Australia at the moment the Government are running ads on TV about how it is so necessary to talk to your baby and read to your baby. Going to air this week on a current affairs program is the 500,000 children estimated to be addicted to screens. Keep up your great attitude and love your little one all the days of your life.
Patience during colic is for super heroes, always beg for help from experienced people you trust. Keep biological dad around even if marriage gets tough...give each other breaks, call your doctor often. Prayers because parenting is NOT easy.
