Manufacturing is the main thing, put 380m Naira into manufacturing or buy a stake worth that in another company, you’ll employ so many and enrich families while you make your money. Please try build your house yourself if you can. This trend of overpriced Lands and properties must be curtailed.

This is atrocious, the compound of the house is off-putting, firstly, the houses are so bunched together lacking spaces on both sides. The heat inside the house will be extremely suffocating and privacy is totally non existent if you want to relax on your balcony. Also, that thing she calls swimming pool is more like a bath tub. Who in their right senses will even drop 50 mil for this contraption. The greed of the developers is obvious, they have tried to maximize the space without giving consideration to the fact that human being will dwell in this space. And finally why expose electrical gadgets the weather, it is dangerous and unsafe.
