Nice but the artificial plants or so called flowers by the mini pool are out of place. Green will be a perfect match to stay in consistency with rest of the land scape design..
Agree. Why not use real green plants
They use artificial plants because it easier to maintain
Is it possible to get the plan of this house?
For a prospective buyer, the developer will be will to share the plan
Is this house still available for immediate sale...
Yes we have one unit available for sale
So much light , I will need my sunglasses.
These floor to ceiling heights are rather tall ! what are we looking at? 3 to 4 metres ?
The stair case exposed to guests who can see into the private area... a vertical wall or glass wall will still light through while providing privacy. Its like welcoming your guests straight into the bedrooms area.
The visitor toilet..I have to say with the average Nigerian with big tummies might struggle to get past the sink before the toilet seats. That space pinches the spirit. After they finish their business except you have extractor fan...I wonder what the revolving use will be like after a guest has finished polluting the space.. Fact you are holding a face cloth tells us how hot it is in there !
The Dinning space is exceptionally tiny and location to the pool area seems odd next to the Kitchen..was this an after thought ? Besides the Kitchen space is bigger than the dinning room?
The Kitchen sink is rather small. A bit odd having mirrors in the Kitchen space other than to give the illusion of a large space.
just to swim... The Pool area - no space to have deck chairs or walking space..imagine passing from the dining space ..better to have better having a jacuzzi.
Family Lounge - Can you imagine people walking past the TV Screen while I am watching a thriller ? Loose that space.
thank you for you detailed response
@@giwarealty That's okay buddy. Nice to see the direction of building is changing now. I left Architecture and went into other interests. I think one may return to do one or two Projects. in futures. The monumental play of structure within light. Nice one.
This fabulous house costs $250k aud. It eould cost about 2.5 to 5 million AUD aussie dollars where i am 😢
Please don't make them hike the price 😒😒
LOL, The price has been fixed already it won't be increased for another 3-4 months
Looks like it's a single architect or developer building all houses in Nigeria. Where is the creativity? All properties look the same lol SMH
yes some developer prefer to stick with one design and then replicate it in different locations across the city
@giwarealty very thoughtless reply. These Developers must really reason like you
You meant some developer(s)? 🙄
Turkey and Italy are making serious money in Nigeria
Is there anything locally sourced/manufactured?
Why do we blindly copy western design🙁
This is Africa... would be nice see developers incorporating some indigenous architectural concepts. Look at Oman, Morocco, Vietnam, Mexico... please let’s showcase our heritage.
Oh yes, there are locally made tiles and some other materials.
That's very true and important, but i may be wrong but i don't really know if we have a unique Architectural concept that is associated to us Nigeria.
And also looking at the from the developer's view, it safer to build what will easily sell, hence why they usually go with the new designs concepts
Lots of mirrors
you will always catch a reflection of yourself
