Hey Puseletso. Your TH-cam channel helped me a lot as a first time mother during covid; but now I'm a mother of two😊 This video has definitely help me understand how depression is and what my sister has been suffering from. Thank you for sharing your journey. I am definitely in a better position to help my sister and being there for her. I've already shared this video with 3 of my people🫣
I have missed you so much. Thank you for sharing❤️. I have just gone through the same situation and I can completely relate. I was diagnosed with major depression in October last year and admitted for two weeks in November. Depression comes with feeling ashamed and guilt and the best and most bravest thing you can do for yourself is to speak up and ask for help. Please keep sharing your journey with us.
I’m so sorry you’ve also been struggling, I can’t believe how many of us have gone through the same struggle. It’s definitely nothing to be ashamed of, thank you for sharing as well! We are in this together, and I pray for healing 🌸❤️
Welcome back Mommy❤💃🏾thank you for this video, there is nothing that hurts more than a mental health service provider not being receptive enough. It takes so much for one to actually book an appointment, and being belittled and dismissed in a session really puts the last nail in the coffin💔. I am so glad you didn’t give up, so glad that David and your people gave you the support you needed ❤
It really does, especially if it’s your first few sessions! But I truly believe there will be someone that will hear, understand and validate your feelings!
Yoh Puseletso thank you so much for sharing. Having been on my own journey with depression I really appreciate you sharing. Thank you for breaking the stigma and not being those Christians who say we must pray it away. Thank you for allow us to relate to you as a working woman, wife, mum, christian sister. Loads of love 💕 and welcome back we missed you 😘
Pusky, I went from... omg she is talking about me...I understand every single thing she is saying... crying for your journey and how it reminded me of mine...to being super excited that you are back and you saying ke le rata ka lerato la love 😭😭😂😂🥰🥰❤️❤️ You will recall end of 2020 I spoke to you on Insta and you encouraged me to reach out for help and I did. I was in therapy for 4 months and I have never been so grateful for taking that step. Thank you once again. I'm so happy for you. I am over the moon to see you here! Thank you for sharing and ke go rata ka lerato la love le nna ❤️❤️
Oh my word, I remember so well. This really warmed my heart 🥹❤️ So glad you got the courage to seek help! Kea lerata hle, I was also sooo excited to say it 😂☺️

Thanks to a friend for sharing this link. Thank you for your bravery in openly sharing your experience. There are so many truths in it, the unwillingness to take antidepressants, the stigma in our minds, down playing how sick we are, the struggle in accepting that you could be admitted with "crazy" people, the misunderstandings and constant explaining, not wanting to share with our parents. Yho yah, enkosi for your share. Healing is a journey, may yours continue, may it inspire and may it change lives ❤️💛 I am glad you are alive 🤍
Thank you for sharing. I identify a lot with what you felt at that time. I have a session with a therapist on the 22nd of March. Just trying to get to that appointment
