    Here, I have a question: You were mentioned that " how the antibiotics break the murine or peptidoglycan in gram-positive bacterial communities. It explained Beta-Lactamases classes of drugs destroy murine, which eventually kills those bacterial communities. But, My questions is " how this antibiotic (which classes of antibiotics) kills gram-negative human bacterial pathogen? and how the antibiotics work in the protected peptidoglycan or murine in the gram-negative bacteria?

    I didn’t know that antimicrobial resistance occurred in nature and that it’s something that has been occurring for a very long time.
