◆京都駅（きょうとえき）は、京都府京都市下京区にある、西日本旅客鉄道（JR西日本）・東海旅客鉄道（JR東海）・近畿日本鉄道（近鉄）・京都市交通局（京都市営地下鉄）の駅。

概要
京都府内では唯一の新幹線停車駅。京都市の玄関口であり、観光の拠点となっているターミナル駅である。京都都市圏の中心駅として各線乗換利用の通勤・通学客も多く[2]、1日平均の乗降人員は約40万人。東海道新幹線の全列車が停車するほか、JRは北陸・山陰・関西空港・南紀・中部方面、近鉄は奈良・橿原神宮・伊勢志摩方面など、各地を結ぶ特急列車が発着する。JRについては在来線特急の発着種類が日本一多い駅である（後述）。

This takes me back, I was in Japan from Dec last year till Jan. And I lived in Osaka / Rinkutown and then Kyoto about 10 minutes walking from the Kyoto station. I really miss being there great times.
