How long have you been cooking on your Shirley 24x60? Im on the list for that exact cooker. Do you like the rotated warmer and stainless shelf with back splash?
I’ve had it this one for a little over a year. Had a 24x50 that didn’t have the rotated warmer and this setup is far superior from a lack of a mess perspective. It is also nice transferring foods and checking on them. Stainless shelf and backsplash is a “must have” in my opinion. You’ll love it!

The wait has allowed me to refine a few recipes on my home build smoker. My plan is to open a bbq food truck in 2024. I live in Maine and plan to drive down to meet the Shirley crew when my smoker is done.
What do you use to split your wood?
Xl Kindling Cracker and a 2lb Estwing mini sledge. Best investment for a guy with a smoker.
