- Go behind-the-scenes on one of Canada's most ambitious and beloved charity campaigns, the CP Holiday Train. Ride along as the festive locomotive travels across Canada to thrill crowds with its dazzling lights and festive music performances - all while collecting donations for local food banks. Features appearances by Jim Cuddy, Sarah McLachlan, The Tenors, Doc Walker, Melanie Doan and Matt Dusk.

Saw it here in WI USA for the first time after wanting to see it for many years. It is freaking amazing, inspiring and awesome! Thanks CP for putting this on.. I hope to see it again!
Just saw it tonight in Minot North Dakota!! It was absolutely MAGICAL . Our Kids and their grandpa LOVED it!!!. What an experience!!!

I LOVE this train, it comes through my granddaughters yard every year on its way to Saratoga, NY. It's BEAUTIFUL. Maybe next year We will go to the "Party" at the train stop... it's just so wonderful that it comes through right there in our yard in Ballston Spa, NY. It flew by so fast the other night...I was barely able to shoot the pathetic video that I posted on my YT page lol I was just so excited I couldn't even focus my camera LOL The Holiday Train is a Magnificent Sight!

The opening of the music stage door reminds me of the castle door on the Friendly Giant TV Show when I was a kid!!! I love the inside of the sleeper area love the old style look it's very unique. Great work everyone is doing for a great cause. Have a Merry Christmas & Happy New Year. Thanks!

I live in trenton and i was going to be on ctv news for the holiday train but it didn't show it 2017 holiday in Trenton so i checked on you tube but all there was was the Montreal train holiday train stuff so me and my friends were no that happy

Love the CP Holiday Train! A brilliant idea that's brilliantly executed. The train looks spectacular, but I would love to see it add some of the industrial-grade laser projectors like they use at Disney World (eg, LaserChristmasLights.com). Then their awesome train would light-up everything (building, trees, ground, etc) within several hundred yards! :-)

AS THIS IS 202 AND I'M NOT SURE IF CP UPDATED IT'S GENERATOR, IF I MAY SUGGEST SEVERAL KERO SUN HEATERS IN THAT GENERATOR CAR AS HAVING ONE FOR YEARS, NO FREEZING TEMPERATURE CAN AFFECT THOSE BABIES!!

To Politically correct to call it a Christmas Train!
By that logic, it is also incorrect to call it a 'Holiday' train, as not everyone celebrates holidays.
However 'Christmas' is a specific day, Dec. 25th, if you celebrate it, or not. Just like Mothers day, or new years day, or what have you. So, in point of fact, 'Holiday' is LESS PC than 'Christmas' is. Just sayin'.
