Had some of the best nights of my life at the Pleasure Rooms. Every weekend me and me mates would drive up from Cheshire and get all sorts of abuse from everyone in the queue for how we looked. Then an hour or so later once everyone's pills had kicked in they'd all come back over saying sorry and giving us hugs haha. Used to love when you'd hear Paul's voice on the mic cause you knew shit was about to pop off so everyone would all move forward to that corner where the MCs were and crowd around. It was a special place man, the energy in there at times was just on another level to anywhere else.
good to see you lads still involved in the scene. Hung up my dj/producer boots in 2009 about 2 years after signing to 3beat, same as paul I kind of fell out of love with the music in 2009. We closed a bunch of the forums and others started dying too (bouncybootlegs, dmps, smps, cheeky etc). Pleasure rooms was boss though, was always rammed in there, couldn't move, smell of BO and Rush in the air sweat flying everywhere haha I'm gonna have to dig out some old hard drives and dust of FL Studio
