It appears he doesn't want to tell you that, and seemed to be deliberately NOT saying it in the video...they want the business to clean your sails, not have you clean them yourself.
Hey Bob I have 3 sets of sails that I am trying to clean off that have been kept in not ideal storage. They have been infested with mice. Can you recommend any local resources to me to help restore them? I am in upstate NY.
Would be helpful to us what you used to clean it and discuss different sail materials, what to use or not use.

What brand detergent do you use? I’m looking to do the same process
How bad would tide be? A small power washer can damage a sail; you must not get too close.
