Why did you have to turn on other faucet to activate the pump and distribute water to shower? Does turning the shower not enough to activate the booster?
depends on the water pressure. the pressure was to low thats why i had to open the other faucet to allow more water to pass to activate the flow sensor.

This product is garbage 👎I bought one but the flow switch doesn't work properly. No water came it when the nozzle is inserted so I need to remove the nozzle just to work the switch. Also the quality of the components are cheap as they can easily breaks even the screws are easily stripped. And the worst part is this device is so heavy. I plan to wall mount this but I think it can fall down so installing vertically is a better choice.

That at the start was not your water pressure ... The tap was on low and the shower didn't even turn on . So your booster just boosted Air yes ? Bad video
Seems like the basin fosset and the sower head is blocked so when you turn on the pressure in the sensor is not dropping, that is why only the other fosset start the pump

Yes, it is poorly designed but it works as advertised. For how long? Don't really know. 15 minutes run and you cannot put your hand on it. TOO HOT!
@@manuelbueno2603 when 50Hz rated motor used in 60Hz power supply, the motor will rotate faster than normal, expect that motor winding will burn soon.

You need to replace the tap on the sink with one that have a straight forward valve similar to the one you use for the collection tank.

You might just need a new sink tap and clean out the shower head of lime scale. The booster pump looks good.

In Automatic mode; If the booster pump is running and the water supply suddenly stops, will it damage the unit?
You can adjust the water sensitivity on the water sensor, look for the red plastic flat head screw.
