This brought back memories, I had a friend in uni who taught Capoeira and I had one lesson with him. I really love watching Kyoka dance and improve her dancing through learning various forms of dance and martial arts. The instructor was right, her running spinning kick was beautiful. I can only imagine doing that lol. Thank you Red Bull for bringing us these videos.

This was such an interesting episode and I realized I was smiling all throughout the video as it looked like so much fun. Kyoka was having a blast for sure. It also really made me miss my days of learning karate in a normal classroom which isn't possible right now due to the pandemic.
