If this were within my current means and circumstance I would take it in a heartbeat.
Beautiful, historic, unique, flexible live work (and even let) spaces. Great location to access all the perks of the capital yet retaining a real sense of privacy in the gardens and terrace. It's a LOT of bang for the bucks.
Also, the current owner has an exceptional eye and taste, curating pieces with a level of care that suggests this home has also been well looked after.
A real treat viewing this. Wish the lucky new owner a very happy future.
