DeMarco is the perfect balance of a running back. He has the vision the strength and burst of speed that was perfect with the Dallas oline. So many great moments watching Dallas with him in the line up. I think Dallas made the right decision of letting him go. Murray is slowing down now. He's a veteran now and losing his speed. But still has a lot of game left. We got zeke now!! Young explosive zeke

Offensive line my ass, I saw him breaking tackles multiple times at the line of scrimmage or busting the run out to the side when the "amazing" offensive line couldn't get the job done. Past the line he breaks even more tackles and picks up a lot of additional yardage. I can't wait for the season to start so we can see Murray in action in Chip's offense; the guy is just a beast. I wonder what the Cowboys fans are going to say when they have a terrible run game. Thinking you can lose a player like Murray and not miss a beat is just outright denial. Let's go Murray!
When us Cowboy fans complain about Murray, we're talking about plays like at 2:03 ... That's a touchdown if he keeps running straight, but he chooses to run into 3 defenders and get tackled. The O-line gets him into positions like that, but he rarely punches it in. I loved Demarco in his time here but Eagles fans will soon find out why nobody in Dallas is panicking over losing him.

I've seen every snap he's taken as a Cowboy... and he leaves a lot of yards on the field. He's great at being patient and reading blocks (even though it isn't that hard to read the blocks our o-line makes), but once he gets to the second or third wave of the defense, he looks for contact and goes down immediately. He's a good player, not great.

adrian manzanares murray is nowhere NEAR the back emmitt was. As good as our O line was with Emmitt, our O line might be better now. Smith, Frederick, and Martin are freaks of nature. Free, Lear, and Parnell were above average too.

Any running back with any ounce of vision would thrive behind that line. McFadden will shine because he has way more burst through the hole than Demarco. Murray is just more likely to try and run you over in the open field because he doesnt have elite breakaway speed.

Great awareness downfield, great vision, strength, and he really did well at stutter steping to change direction or pull defenders to the wrong position. Its too bad injuries marred his career. Also, the Eagles system and bad O Line helped to end his career. Lets be honest, they never changed their system to fit Murray. He will be a future HOF I would think at some point down the line, but it won't be right away.

DeMarco used to truck DTs on the regular and had good speed. His only downfall was fumbling and injuries. He was an extremely smooth runner for a power back. Dallas did him dirty. Used him, beat him down, and tossed him away

Good luck Murray you were great in Dallas. Time to get pounded in Philly they are in total rebuild mode. Murray cant take that kind of pounding, hes like Marion Barber. You will hate him Philly fans when he fumbles at the worst time. But I know we lost something losing him. Its part of the NFL. Murray is a quality back no doubt, at least last season, 40 Million, not sure about that. Good luck to all Im sure we will be watching :) He fumbled 4 times in the first 5 games last season, pissed me off :)

Great awareness downfield, great vision, strength, and he really did well at stutter steping to change direction or pull defenders to the wrong position. Its too bad injuries marred his career. Also, the Eagles system and bad O Line helped to end his career. Lets be honest, they never changed their system to fit Murray. He will be a future HOF I would think at some point down the line, but it won't be right away.
