After Peter goes missing, Joe, Cleveland, and Quagmire all split up to find him, however Cleveland starts to fucking lose it as he cant take the anxiety of the apocalypse anymore. Overtime hes developed schizophernia, and as a result he starts having an attack, Quagmire can hear his screams and runs to investigate, checking if his friend is okay. However, due to Clevelands episode, hes unable to tell if his friend has lost his life, or if he's trying to reach out a helping hand. As a result, he runs, and he stops on the sidewalk, out of stamina, hes forced to sing. Will he be able to fight back against his episode, or will he go mad trying?
