The only problem with mabati house is low durability. Easily dented and you can even cut and enter inside

It depends on the gauge that you use.for walling use 28 gauge mabatis.

The idea here is to build a house that is affordable and at low cost.these we are calling affordable housing and escape from house rent.as for cutting and entering I have seen people break into a house by bomoaring the stones to enter a house .
