Bring back the Polish dog and frozen yogurt. Add coffee and do chicken salad sandwich. You already have/sell Costco rotisserie chicken salad in the warehouse deli section. Why not bring it to the front food court and put it in ciabatta bread? Or sell your pinwheel sandwiches in the food court? I would definitely buy.
Costco should do option for single pattie burger around $2 range, comparable to the hot dog price. Keep the double pattie burger at $5.??. That way little kids and small eaters don't waste food. Also, parents can more easily afford to feed their families at that price point. I wish they kept the Polish Dog.
As someone who loves acai bowls, the Costco version is garbage. It taste nothing like acai. It's more of a really tart raspberry froyo. Don't waste your money if you're looking for a real acai bowl.

Costco churros are awesome I'm so sad they don't have french fries in the west though but they have them in the east they are pretty good because I'm from New Jersey and I had them so many times going to Costco with my family they have some good food there the pizza could be little bit better though but I'm glad they put burgers on the menu now cuz sometimes I crave a burger
In Canada, we still have the polish dogs, poutine, chicken tenders, and the chicken wings (also available in 30pc bucket), but not the Chicken bake, Chili, and dbl Cheeseburger, Churros and the assortments of cold beverages like the cold brew, and desserts like the Acai bowl. We do have the staples like the Provolone (yes we've always had that), hotdog and softdrink for $1.50, pizzas; Cheese and Pepperoni (we don't have the Combo), and fries.
Asian chopped salad (cabbage, spinach, cilantro, cashews, sweet sesame ginger dressing, etc.) southwestern salad (lettuce, black beans, corn, cheese, tangy sour cream chipotle dressing, etc.) or a bomb Philly cheesesteak or a French dip with au jus
Hey David & Andrew, this clip made me realize their food court doesn’t have a focused intent. It should be a showcase for the things they sell in their grocery dept. Imagine if the Costco Food Court offered: 1/2 Rotisserie Chicken on a plate with a scoop of potato salad, cup of (salsa?) dipping sauce for chicken, and a soda all for $3.99. Their meats dept sells the whole bird at $4.99 and they’d save from having to package it in that plastic clamshell. Bowl of linguine pasta ladled with their Kirkland Lobster Bisque. $3.99. This is sold in the warehouses’ chilled soups section. Two tubs for $11 yielding at least 5 portions allowing the food court to still make a profit or at least break even. Chicken salad on croissant sandwich with soda. $3.99. Fresh croissants sourced from their in-house bakery, chicken meat pulled from their unsold rotisserie birds hand-pulled and tossed with some mayo, fresh cracked Kirkland black pepper. These would be easy add-ons without major changes to their kitchen - get the shopper interested and they’ll run back to the warehouse helping to move more of those products. I’ve occasionally had their Chicken Bake, but it’s never inspired me to run back to the grocery section to see if it’s available.
Good job guys!! Here in Canada Costco has had the Turkey Provolone Sandwich for a few years. There was a half pound burger back in 2010 that came with a slice of thick cheddar cheese. I really liked it but it was removed from the menu soon after. It will be interesting to see how long the new menu items are implemented here North of the border. But after seeing you three approve of the the new additions I can't wait! Thanks so much for posting.
Costco Employee checking in. Some interesting facts. We DO serve clam chowder at some of our locations in Korea, Taiwan, and Japan. We also have Bulgogi Bakes there. Occasionally we have Q&As and live discussions with our Food Court corporate teams on our FB that look for suggestions for Food Court additions. Canada has had the turkey sandwich for a minute now. They also have chicken strips, wings, and poutine. The UK serves Shepards Pie. And we do take suggestions at our stores and call center that our corporate food court staff uses as data for new ideas. And if you're wondering...YES I MISS THE POLISH DOG TOO!
Also, memberships can be used international. So if y'all are back in Asia feel free to sample our food courts there for a review! 😮 My Japanese friends say the Bulgogi bakes are 🔥
