NEW WANGETTI TRAIL CAIRNS. ALMOST HIT DINGO!

FNQ’s WANGETTI TRAIL
The first stage of the Wangetti Trail is a 7.8-kilometre hiking and mountain biking trail connecting Palm Cove and Ellis Beach.
We stopped in at Ellis Beach for a cold drink and headed back towards Palm cove.
On our way back almost rode over a unfazed dingo, i didn’t have my go pro on at the time but i managed to get some photos and videos of the him running off.
The video is long winded but wanted to shoe you incase you are planning on tackling it yourself, and dont know what to expect.

Did you come across many pedestrians and hikers?

I believe we passed 3 sets of walkers, we did do this on a weekday afternoon so id say it would be a different story on the weekend
