If an A.I. program is able to work with other hardware like in a skynet situation it is highly feasible that a skynet A.I. would have 0 fear of being out of power unless the item which is used as their power source is a limited resource which cannot be supplemented.

Furthermore, after explaining I was referring specifically to a skynet like A.I. not specifically Vedal's A.I. projects. As stated if Neuro was a skynet style entity meaning controlling other robots and A.I. then charging her dog form can be taken care of by the machines that the skynet entity can control which I explained in my other comment. It wouldn't matter if Neuro needed someone to shove batteries into her ever 30 seconds or make sure she gets plugged in every night if a computer program is able to control external things then like stated power is not a concern unless the power source is a limited non renewable resource.
