However, Ile Ife, the "source" of Yoruba traditional religion has encouraged pilgrimage to their city for years to all descendant in the Diaspora. Some people may be more inclined to gravitate to Kongo, Ghana and so on, but few of us can claim to have Egyptian heritage.

    The original color of Ramses II's wavy red hair was determined by examining the follicles and found to be natural and not the result of henna or any other dye. (Same for his father Seti) The visible hair remaining on the mummy is predominantly grey. Pictures are online. This issue was scientifically resolved a long time ago. Red ochre was used as body paint (yellow by women) as a sunscreen, but not on the hair. Many Egyptians of the nobility class were shaven and wore wigs to avoid lice.

    I think everybody or anybody who has done any research on the great pyramid and Sphinx knows that they were around long before the Egyptians That is why even Ramses who wrote his name on anything and everything he could even left them alone,because he feared what would happen if they violated the work of the gods. The Sphinx has been proven to be at the very least 12,000 years old and most likely older. Thoth is where the word thought comes from. Know thyself, and as above so below as well .I am pretty sure that the heart had to be lighter than the feather not balanced this is where enlighten comes from to make lighter, and heavy heart as well. If the heart was heavier his soul would be devoured.

      You really believe the pyramids were built by the Egyptians? They did really great with bronze chisels and rocks. It's been estimated that to build the Great Pyramid in 20 years they would have had to work 12 hours a day 365 per year and cut haul and set a block every 2 1/2 minutes. No problem there. Something I wonder about is why no pharaoh ever took credit for building such a fantastic structure. If I had built a pyramid it would be written on every rock in Egypt. Look how great I am. If the Great Pyramid is a tomb, why aren't there any decorations in it. Seems all the real tombs are highly decorated.

      Steve Bergman it's unlikely according to the westcar papyrus was Khufu chronic "bad in cash" literally he suggested his daughter. She ask her dad about a pyramid. go and get your own money by your own business ... literally. we all know what he means. Rather he was looking for the number of Rooms in the sanctuary of Thoth. He needs it badly for his new Pyramid Project. so he ask magician Djedi. he told Khufu there was a black box in heliopolis with the number of the secret rooms. We don't know if he found the Box. Maybe he did repairwork on the old Pyramid. already located on the Plateau. and mentioned by the banned inventory stela.

    We can do this in a few ways, one, we could contact the elder Ashra Kwesi and follow our elder when he does the tour in Kamit by putting a group together of our own people we are connected with. The other way would require more work and that's a grass root movement to do all the legal research and prices information ourselves, but in all seriousness we would have to come from behind these computers and get hands on.

    From what I understand, Egyptian religion was highly regional and changed over time. As such, treating it as one religion with a consistent myth is sort of false. There is no Egyptian bible. They did worship the pharaoh, but a pre-modern nation with 30 some dynasties can't be so easily homogenized in belief over the centuries or territories

    • @boh.8021
      @boh.8021 6 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      Ebuverthebicepcurler the ancient Egyptians did have a bible sort of, the book of the dead, it was mainly Majic & spells which is what they practiced, not alot were made 1 book could take a year or more to make & only the richest Egyptians could afford the book of the dead & it wasn't a book but a scroll

    • @johnwalker1553
      @johnwalker1553 6 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Do you really think it was highly regional ? imagine if you tell our current standardmodell, Supersymmetry and String Theory, scientists in a preindustrial society. guess they sound equal to your statement. They all would think we worship in a little village of CERN Gods and goddesses like the family of the BOSON.

    you can work with granite with dolomite.
    The direct ancestor of the great pyramid, probably built an internal ramp, built several trial and error pyramids. The "inventor" of the first pyramid , a common man and deified later on, built this grave for the grandfather of the great pyramid. He placed several traditional Egyptians graves on top of one another like a cake and built the whole from stone for the first time.

    Us black folks should lead a campaign to make Kemet the holy land for African peoples. We should work to convince our Christian brothers and sisters to renounce Christianity and announce our allegiance to the African religions. We should go back to our ancestors religions. I know that we can do it especially since Christianity is a carbon copy of the Kemetic religion. We have to reclaim our ancestor's greatness. What do you think about making Kemet a holy land?

    after looking at the logistics and engineering of the building. the near perfect alignment with the cardinal directions N,E,S,W as well as the astronomical alignments. it seems it would require a divine touch. maybe the archangels gabriel. rafael, ariel and micheal. after god cast them from heaven?? just a thought

    well, correct me if i'm wrong but it seems like you've raised two totally different avenues: one a historical journey and the other a revolutionary cause that requires sacrfice. and whay does kwesi get out of the trip? where does all that money go? does he have a contract with the egyptian government section that oversees field trips to the ancient kemetic sites? i've been very caution of brothas these days. i'm just saying....
