My dad has had his finishing business for 30 years and we have just recently got pumps for our own needs because they're so hard to schedule. People also contract us out to pump jobs for them and we get to them as much as we can.
So really we are finishers with pumps lol. We typically finish concrete every day of the week and try to schedule some guys in that need pumps as much as we can. We run a 3-4 man crew on usually anything under 2k sq ft.
You should grease after you wash out because it will push any grout out of your seal's while its still soft and you seals will last a lot longer.
