Hi brother, thank you for the video. I am framer and would like to do a new thing to driving box truck but I don’t know how to start running a business.
How much do you make driving a box truck on average? Could you do a video of something related to your earnings gross vs net after taxes? Great video and good advice. cooperation is the way to go.
So if I'm in Ontario, I should create an Inc. Company? When I do research about trucking /transportation companies it keeps showing me LLP information is that different?
@@yy4wrds hey thnx for the reply!, so I should open a corporation federally with a name and incorporate it with an LTD ending? Thnx I'm out of Ontario.
Yes, all companies in Canada get registered federally, across Canada. Although there is no major difference between Inc or Ltd in your company name but registering as Ltd company will be more explanatory in your company name vs INC. Bigger, more complicated corporations seem to use Inc in their names
@@samuelj2408 that's great man! Happy to hear that you are moving forward, set a goal and keep moving towards it, don't try and rush just to get there quicker. Everything takes time and you gotta do it right to succeed. Everything will fall into place when you are at the right time.
Q?: so it would be better to register a company 1st, then go get a vehicle for a loan/lease? sorry, im also trying to get my feet wet into this. but never the less, thank you for this! simple explanation and very informative. Subs!

Been looking everywhere for Canada cargo business.
Just a suggestion - I think you should number your videos for easy following (e.g vid #1, vid#2 etc). Thanks for taking this on.
Are corporate dividends taxed even lower? It might be better not to take any salary but rather just have the company pay you a bi-weekly dividend.

Hey. LLP is for partnership companies, completely different structure. You need to create a LTD company if you are planing to be a sole owner.
