The Most Important Thing When Booking A Cruise

It's not the cruise line, destination, length of trip, or the ship's amenities. The only thing that really matters is what type of room you get! We've been on two cruises - once in a balcony to Alaska and another in an interior room to the Caribbean. The interior room was awful! The value from having a balcony is why they cost more! In my opinion, having the right room makes or breaks the cruise. Have you had a similar experience? Did you like being in an interior room? Let me know in the comments!

You might be upgraded last minute! If not, don't worry. Just focus on the many amenities of the ship. You'll no doubt be able to find some quiet corners to decompress that aren't your room. And not all interior rooms are created equal - some are nice. It's just that many are kind of tough to be in.

Will the balcony room make you sea sick>?

Definitely not! I think being on the inside can make you more sea sick because you feel the motion but can't tell why since there's no window.

Are the solo rooms all interior rooms?

Interior rooms can have one or two beds. They're just often very small. Some interior rooms look nice and big on the website but aren't like that in reality. Really nice interior rooms on special ships likely cost a lot and aren't a good deal.

I've done many inside cabins . They have extra dark for sleeping
