I am in my early twenties and i was struggling with this question only....people use to ask what are good at? But i think if i haven't experienced anything how can i say I'm good at it.? But after watching this video it really made me clear how to stay a bit longer with this question. (Bas sone hi jara tha ye dekh liye...dil se dua nikli apne liye.) Really thanks alot❤❤

No wonder people like Jack Ma are so happy in their lives. All entrepreneurs suggest us to just live in the moment and also to live the moment. i.e. breathe in perfection into all that you do and then success is all that you’ll breathe out and will end up enjoying it all thoroughly. The ICF framework here is truly comprehensive and as per me inculcates great values. All my doubts resolved! Great 👍

Thank you for this Ankur sir!
As you rightly mentioned that the industry should be looked at as a persona, I adopted this approach and also researched a bit about the personalities of the achievers in that field. In clinical psychology, I saw the women in the field were absolute boss ladies, they wrote multiple books, gave amazing talks, and they really really loved the field of psychology and had a great impact on people's lives. I realized that these personalities are what I resonate with and it brought so much clarity!
I recently had watched a youtube video wherein a lady was discouraging youngsters from pursuing a career in psychology because it doesn't pay well. But after watching your videos, I've realized that once you've set yourself up in a path that you love, with some proper effort YOU CAN MAKE IT BIG!

This is incredible. ICF works for people in twenties perfectly. I can say this because I have done some bit of experimentation myself when I was in my twenties. It may not be as much as it could have been but, I can say one thing for sure that I don't recognise the person I was until last year or years before. I have grown so much as an individual.

I don't know whether you will ever read this. But here it goes.
First of all I would like to thank you for making such a good video about a topic which is not very much discussed.
I have never come across a video that hits the nail on the coffin.
I have been following you from the days when you were running nearbuy and still you used to write impeccable, insightful answers on Quora (I seriously never understood how greatly you managed your time then as you were running a company and also getting the time to write such awesome answers.). Of course this was way before when Quora was a good platform unlike the present condition. Your answers have stayed in my bookmarks as they gave awesome insights.
It is like a wiser friend/mentor whom one would surely want to be friends/mentee with and that wise friend/mentor is providing such a valuable lesson.
In order to absorb the learnings from this video I had to watch it twice, I am sure I need to watch more of it to understand all the intricate details of it. However, I have more questions than ever :-
    1. Which industry or job role or function do you refer to when you speak of a job wherein there is always new to learn in few months or in every year? The closest job role that I could think about it is - Consultant. It would be great if you could make a video for it. At least answer this one ;)
    2. How does one switch industries?
Working in IT Services company one could be sure that one does not decide the industry in which they, a fresher, works as they are randomly allotted streams and projects in which they are stuck seemingly forever. The only way out seems like to go for an MBA, which I know isn't the correct way.
    3.
How flexible are the companies when we talk about shifting of industries and how feasible it is?
    4. Can you make an elaborate video on the functions that you mentioned?
Such questions if answered will be valuable. I am quite sure there might quite a many people who would be able to understand and agree with the above points.
All the best while you grow your reach on this amazing platform. There are many who would be benefited.
    Thanks in advance.
PS - Never wrote such a long comment but this video made me think about it.

But honestly sir our education system is planned in such a way that function is the first thing people are prepared for. Fortunately I was once told by my father that he thought I would study and be able to do more than he could, but he was disappointed when he heard from I am a CA, I can’t do this. That changed the way I looked at career.

I decided very early in my life what I'm going to do. I was in 6th standard when I decided to do MBA at that point of time I didn't know what MBA stands for. I was crazy to know about company how companies work. I want to work with company, work for free, work for my self be your own boss. Also I developed interest in photography when I was in 12 but I don't know where I'm heading.probably going to experience both the things and then choose what I can do for rest of my life.

Your every video is an eye opener. You simplify everything so easily, wish someone like you would have been there for me in my teenage. But as the saying goes better late then never. Thanks for guiding all of us like a true mentor 🙏

I had a decent salary, good work and great management. Felt like you can spend a lifetime here. But once the CEO changed .... 🤯 . I don’t think so we are supposed to think that a job is ideal for 30 to 40 years.

The thought of choosing the industry never crossed my mind. Can you suggest a way to filter out the industry which will suit one the most?
