I grabbed a topwater 120 last year and cant wait for tournaments this summer (didnt go in any last year). Our bass season opens third week of June (Im Canadian)but will be pike fishing before then. I love that you post tournament videos and you do a great job. Thank you.
Bam caught fish because he fished away form the cover and you fished in the cover. In the Delta during the winter, dying vegetation takes oxygen out of the water. So the fish are going to be near structure or near the bottom of open water. You started catching fish when you moved away from cover. Fishing slowler helped as well. Thumbs up on the video!

Bro, I’m gonna tell you what. I use that same exact trailer on EVERY prespawn flipping jig. I take all of the extra appendages except for flaps. Look up the magic craw color jig, I swear on everything it catches them. I hate them kind of days where it’s slow like that and your buddy gets one in front of ya. Love that your positive about it tho, keep up the great work
Any tips on finding spots on the delta? Do you look for specific indicators or specific tides for when you hit the delta? I have only been to them delta once and just went to an offshoot from the main river at brannan island and managed a couple.

wdh1068 good little trick.. check the wind direction and pick a slough to fish that runs perpendicular to that. For example, if wind is blowing west to East, fish a slough that runs north/south.
Went out and fished last weekend and fished 5 hours and gave up had no clue what was wrong but now ill try doing same thing u did thanks frustrating af
