INGREDIENTS:
MILK - 2/3 CUP (180ML)
VINEGAR/LEMON JUICE - 1 TSP
YELLOW FOOD COLOR - 1/4 TSP
RED FOOD COLOR - 1 & 1/2 TSP
FLOUR - 1 CUP (250/240ML)
BAKING POWDER - 1 TSP
BAKING SODA - 1/3 TSP
COCO POWDER - 1 TSP
POWDER SUGAR - 1/4 CUP
BUTTER - 2 TBSP (30ML)
OIL - 2 TBSP (30ML)
CONDENSED MILK - 1/2 CUP (120ML)
VANILLA ESSENCE - 1 TSP
6 INCH CAKE MOULD
COLD WHIPPED CREAM - 1 CUP
POWDER SUGAR - 2 TBSP
VANILLA ESSENCE - 1/2 TSP
STAR NOZZLE
Note: Personally i didn't like cream cheese that's why i use whipped cream frosting. but you can obviously use cream cheese frosting. it's just a rumours that red velvet cake couldn't make without cream cheese. if you dont like you definitely skip it.
