Watching and reading about Mike for so many years, I did not see his fun and convivial nature until recently. It’s great to see him happy and proud of his accomplishments as a Monkee. Thanks for posting this cool conversation.
Hi Kathy, Thank you so much for sharing this! I'm also from NH & a lifelong Monkees fan & just saw Mike & Micky in concert last month in Medford MA. Nez wasn't on stage for much of the show & he didn't perform Me & Magdalena & While I Cry...it's nice that you were able to really connect with him while he was still at his best
@@markzappasodi i dont think that made any difference; the human body is not designed to let anything but pure air into the lungs; and now that he had DIED from such idiocy; i hope others made that connection. must have made his surgeon rather angry after warning him!!
Elvis come down there last Saturday. He has to be wheeled now, but still has a mind as sharp as a tack. He said he can't' eat his beloved peanut butter, banana, and bacon sandwiches no more. Said he hadn't ate one since 1988. He's planning a Vegas Show in 2024. I'll be in line for that!
