- One of the two 1980 ProTouring Trans Ams we are putting the finishing touches on for a client overseas! Just a quick little video of the TA in the shop parking lot! We will be posting a lot more video and pictures of these cars over the next couple weeks! Full DSE suspension, minitub, Year One Billet Snowflake wheels, custom Phoenix Graphix Decals, emblems, Big Block motor pushing over 640HP with Super Street Figher Turbo 400 Transmissions! www.RESTOREaMUSCLECAR.com
man just when i think i've found my paint color another cooler one comes along! really digging the white i thought it was the last i'd choose. But this definitely got me thinking

I've never liked that 1980 body, but man oh man... I sure love this one, and the sound... uuufff... That white paint is awesome!!
This bodystyle is from 1970 to 1981, you better like it. 83 looks like a 2nd gen, but at 144p
@@CaptainFALKEN This particular car is a 79'-81' 2nd gens had 4 different styles 70-73, 74-75, 76-78 and 79-81... Third gens started in 82 and look nothing like a 2nd gen
@@misterbuklau4053 more or less, all had the same body style, just different tail lights an front noses, but your still correct, if you know, you know. I personally like the 70-73 era an the 77 to 81 look

Simply amazing. Funny I'm going for the same look on my 1980 trans am. Only my accents are going to be tan as well as the birds and I'm keeping the original honeycomb wheels. Also I'm keeping the turbo hood.
It's a beautiful car, But I think I would have chosen a 6.0 LS engine an there much lighter and have proven reliability! Also they pull 425hp out of the box and upgrade easily!
you can get an aluminum BBC. they dont weigh much more.
