The TH-cam Category that this video was filed under is "sports." Hmmmm. Jeannie did a good job of explaining EA from a VERY IT Centric standpoint, focusing on the "digitized platform" concept. It is, unfortunately, not the reason that I have seen companies invest in EA. It is true that companies do invest in big digital platforms, but they nearly never involve an EA practice to do it. It is, at best, a big project that reaches out and distrupts other stuff. Hardly a good case for EA.
Enterprise architecture has nothing to do with IT as such..It is needed for even non-IT enterprises. Of course it may not be worth for a pretty small firm.
