Quit Quickly. It just require will power.
After quitting, ur mind will deviate for 1-2 yrs. to eat again. After that u will automatically forget the taste. And meat will not haunt ur mind.
As long as u remember the taste, ur mind will deviate.
But Abstaining from meat Continuously for few years will result in ultimate freedom of mind from Meat.
It just mind & memory game.
