    I Kaye... Im a “ K” too. I definitely empathize with your story. I too had a very stressful job in Healthcare and during the pandemic, tried Gig Work part time and then went Full time. I love being a gig worker and really don’t care what someone thinks about it, lol.
    Well a couple days before “ Thanks Indigenous Day” , lol, my car was stolen. So was my job. Something, that I enjoyed and helped my spirit and state of mind, mental as well as physical health, was taken from me. So as the new “ job” of fighting pity parties, depression and guilt, has me working in Overtime, lol. I cherish your videos and especially admire your gumption. Thanks for all your hard work and consistency with your channel and inspiring me to start my own vlogging channel. Thank you and God Bless🙏🏾

    Hey Friend! Cars depreciate the moment you drive it off the lot. I think menopause causes me to stress eat at times. I get so frustrated with the weight not coming off even with me working out etc. I don't feel like myself but I'm working on it. I will get back to myself. I'm claiming that for ME! Your videos surely help because we're not alone. I love that you try it before I buy it, and the good ol news you can use. Greatly appreciate you. So glad you don't have to take the meds. I'm the same with the cholesterol. My last visit normal and I didn't tell the doctor I reduced my own intake of those meds. I'm going to get off those too! I've never had crawfish. I have to get back to moving and shall🤗✌🏾🙏🏾

    That is what Im doing right now...i know better. I have until october to retire. I am counting the months. ..i gotta do better and i will. My blood pressure meds have been doubled again and i just found out i am diabetic. Thank you for your realness. You did it and i can/ will too!❤

    Hey there Kaye I have been working on that. I been using the natural items. Have it worked yes not quick. I exercise and thank you for the sweet message.cuz I am there. And I was worse, but I am a sweet tooth. I have learned anything I can't eat things like I wanted. I can appreciate you.🤗 it's straight up hard to do! ✌🏾 Chocolate 🌻 ❤❄️☃️

    Omg I'm going through right now gaining weight binge eating stress hot flashes acid reflex forgetting things and had knee surgery last year dealing with that I understand Ms K but I have to change for me it's not easy Thank you for sharing your experiences it helps

      Sis! You’ve got a lot on your plate right now, but the fact that you’re recognizing it and want to make a change for YOU is the biggest step forward. 🙌❤ Stress, binge eating, weight gain, and all the health stuff-it’s a heavy load, but you’re not alone in this!
      Hot flashes and acid reflux are no joke, and I know knee surgery recovery is tough, but you’re tougher. 💪 Every small step counts, even on the hard days. Thank you for sharing your journey-it means so much to know we can support each other.

I ate all kinds of snacks at work - something I don't do. I started something new, and it's stressful!!!! What I really wanna do is work at Lowe's - "Where's the paint? What isle is building materials?" All I have to do is point or say what isle the stuff is on😂😅. This message is my sign!!! I need to get my life together out here in these stressful, eating too many snacks, trying to find my purpose, streets😂😅 THANK YOU, friend, for always keeping it 💯💯💯. You really are my friend in my head/heart! I don't deal with a lot of people bc I want peace, happiness, and joy! People and work tend to take it all, and by the time the weekend gets here, it's a wrap!! I'm so happy that you are taking care of yourself, "D" ain't got you, and you will be ok, and start grounding Kaye. I use to take meds for HB pressure- granny told me to start eating garlic and ginger daily- "D" is gone!!!! Please get these 2 ingredients and start feeling better and med free💯💯💯 I'm starting to drive now, but I'm still listening to ya sis!!!
