still think the ground could have been delt with first prior to construction in a bid to do away with the disturbance that a vibratory roller would cause
☠Site Safety Instructions shown at the start of video were not practiced at all. Workers didn't even have covered shoes, let alone safety boots, they were working on elevated surfaces above six feet without any fall protection, lifting sharp edged stones without gloves, and many more flagrant safety violations are clearly visible.
Nice shown everything but at last fixing of panel may show in detail close up may helpful....

Cost & siz not mentioned in video...
Anchor bolts installation before fixing the shutter of the concrete beam is not the best practice, sorry to tell, as the steel template will tend to move even slightly during concrete casting.
Also, before wall cladding panels erection, columns plumbing and alignment along with connection bolts tension should be checked to apply high compressive grouting under column bases.
This is a must for proper safe erection procedure.
I think you're right about that. Also I don't understand why they have to do grouting after columns are already seated in their positions...is it good practice?
Right, column plumb and alignment are most important in the stage of column erection . Must before rafters erection
1) No water proofing on Columns before back filling.
2) Extra reinforcement bars perhaps missed for Columns were put from top. Wrong practice.
3) No manlift used while installation. Unsafe practice.
No safety shoes, no googles, no ...., no...
Thanks for finding those things and that's our moto to show the work as it is what they are doing in site then people will get know about reality what is happening and what is needed.

Sir, How can I prevent cracks in non-loading partition walls due to deflected steel structural beams' interaction?
Can I ask one question? You must have good knowledge about this. I want to know if installing a crane provision is profitable in 2024 or not? What I mean is, is there anything more profitable that we can implement in an industrial warehouse today or should we go with crane provision? I have another question: Is it more profitable today to install a crane provision with my own money, or should I rent it out to someone else and invest the money elsewhere?
Where you want to build a warehouse depends on the place whether you will make profit or loss there

It's not that easy to answer cause design depends on lot of site criterias and ground reality as of now it's a foundations for shed only thanks for your time and concern

You need to revise your erection sequence, it is not safe, for workers as well foundations and columns

To fill the void below the base plate (between finished concrete level and bottom of base plate.. There is always a tolerance (gap) left as it's easier to shim it level than it is to start breaking concrete out.. then that shim is grouted in permanently.

It's clear that the workers are having a miserable working environment. I can imagine them giving you the finger every time you annoy them with your stupid documentary.
For the entire operation two guys had safety helmets and no doubt they were forced to wear them.
