And what do you do for a living? I think Lex feels duty bound to be neighborhood watch. LOL........ Good review! Could you tell if the mylar helped warming the shed?
Lol. She definitely thinks she's a law enforcement K-9 that's for sure. I couldn't tell, wasn't out there very long and I didn't have the stove going to it's fullest potential. I'm going to try it over the weekend and I'll let you know. Thanks for watching
Nice review! Im currently trying to decide on either the 3 or 4, both in S35vn. Can't decide! Just curious, what did you use to square off your spine? Do you happen to have a video on that? Thanks!
Both are great knives and in S35VN they will be incredible. One thing to remember is that both of them have the same size handle. The scales are interchangeable. As for the spine, I don’t have a video on it but I put it in a vise and used a dremel tool to square it. Thanks for watching
,,hello David that`s a pretty nice camp knife for sure,, it would cut deer up very nice,, its been cold here i see how you got the shed fixed up well how dose the wood heater work for ya?,, it look like it would hold a nice fire!,, man oh man the dog wanted to be in your video ha ha ,,, pretty cool knife,,,
It's a incredible knife for It's size and can take a beating. Stove works well, especially when I put the walls up around the front part of the shed. As far as for the dog, she's a great dog but a little wild at times. Lol. Thanks for watching
Great video. Do you think there is much difference between the 3 and the izula 2 in terms of a batoning capability? I need a small lightweight knife for emergency use to carry in a small Fanny pack when mountain biking/day hiking. Thanks!
You do have a little more blade length on the 3 over the Izula II which helps on the batoning but it does add a little more weight. The only big difference in the 2 is the overall length in the sheath. So that the biggest consideration if your tight on space. Hope this helps and thanks for watching.
@@CentralKyBushcraft I have been taking care of a family member that broke their tibia plateau. They are still none weight bearing of their right leg for another 2 weeks. Right now I am on unpaid leave to help. Happy New Year!🎉🔥👍
Just got an ESEE-3 I won at Christmas on IG. Seems like a terrific knife. Thanks for putting one through the paces. I’ll feel confident when I throw mine on my pack.
That's a great prize! I love mine and I've beat the crap out of it over the years. It's a highly capable knife for It's size and one everyone should own. Thanks for watching
Lol. Batoning is the one thing that always causes controversy. I do believe it has a place for making small pieces of wood ( 2 inches in diameter or smaller) into smaller pieces but I’ve seen it taken to extremes. I’ve even done it a few times to prove a point on the construction of a knife. But I don’t make a habit of it. Thanks for watching
They're great little knives that's for sure. I understand the price, but in my eyes part of that cost is because of the warranty. I don't know of another company that you can send them the pieces of your broken knife and them send you another one no questions ask. But also I don't know what one with regular handles goes for now either. When I bought this one they were right at $100. Thanks for watching
I edc the #3 b very often. Other timed take my Buck 110.
Thanks for sharing
The ESEE-3 is a great size for EDC. I’ve since replaced my ESEE-3 with the ESEE JG-3. Both of your knives are great choices. Thanks for watching
Nice job showing this E3. New sub.

I like that black oxide finish on ESEE’s CR 2.5 and the PR4. I wish they would do that finish on their 3-4-5-6’s
I agree with you completely on that. I've got a PR-4 and a Gibson Axe with that finish and have never had a problem with it. Thanks for watching
just heard it 25 degree!
@@prpp1809 glad you heard it. I had forgotten what I sharpened it to. Lol. Thanks for watching

I can get a deal on the esee 4 half serrated but im not into serrations!! Hmmm
I’m not either. They’re great for cutting rope, webbing, cardboard etc. But that’s it. And they’re hard to re-sharpen. Thanks for watching
