Chinese Style Steamed Egg With Minced Pork - 三蛋蒸肉饼 (Century, Salted and Fresh Chicken Eggs)

  • Ingredients ⬇️ Enhance your egg dish repertoire with this silky smooth steamed trio eggs with minced meat! Warm, velvety with bites of flavour from the bits of century and salted eggs really brings comfort in every scoopful.
    Simple to prepare, deliciously versatile - this recipe is the kind of dish that makes weekday / post-work cooking a breeze.
    Swap out minced pork with your favourite minced meats or even go meatless! The eggs take centre stage in this dish.

    3 Eggs (lightly beaten)
    2 Century egg (cut into small cubes)
    2 Salted egg (cut yolk into small cubes and reserve the whites for later use)
    100g Minced meat
    1 tbsp Salted egg white
    2 tbsp Cornstarch
    1 tbsp Cooking wine
    300ml Chicken stock
    1½ tbsp Light soy sauce
    2 tbsp Cooking oil
    Scallions for garnishing

      From Asian grocery store...separate the white from the yolk. Or you can make your own using duck eggs and salt
