Hi Okki, just found your videos and watching with interest. Have you heard of Brisk sparkplugs? There are some that I think you would like to try with these experiments if you saw what they look like. A few years back there was a guy invented what he called the "Firestorm Sparkplug" (nothing to do with Firestorm motorcycle). Those plugs were radically different to standard sparkplugs and apparently never wore out. As you might expect none of the spark plug companies were interested in manufacturering his design, even though it was far more efficient than standard plugs.
Hi Phil, thanks for your interest. Yes, I've heard and read about Firestorm Sparkplug. It has ball shape center electrode and a cage as the ground electrode. In my opinion, if you have such spark gap, you will have more capacitance at sparkplug tip. That's why it has stronger spark. I'd like to replicate that. Let's see if I can do that.
I had spark plugs like that back in 80's and they ran great they were made by Bosh I had a big Accel coil running on a dodge 340 engine. ,,, When I started The engine,, it straight to firing up without any crankshaft spin but i never turned engine past 6000 rpm
some people had use this kind of spark plug with no ground electrod. result was the engine run a little bit delay in firing and in high rpm the backfire explotion occur seen on exhaust.. very interesting
Great testbed setup. The "V"cut may be a good choice for NonPlasma ignition but It would seem the "V" limits your plasmaspark travel to 2 directions instead of 360°. I wudnt use...
I don’t know how many alternators can put out 18vdc, but not many road car engines go to 9k rpm. What happens to the spark when your capacitor is across the primary of the coils at these speeds? 15-30kV would be overkill; 50v is enough, and 30-50 nF should be plenty. (The spark on the plug with no ground electrode is spectacular.) I would also like to see Caps on primaries, ground electrode removed and your aluminum tape wrapped cables
So...@5000rpm with capacitor...every 1000rpm up = need 1volt up --capacitor increases spark/arc bigger ---NGK never lose spark consistent ALWAYS fires... ---No tip spark plug keeps losing--missing spark/arc.../fires less (5000rpm=12volt 6000rpm=13volt...9000rpm=19volt) PS: I see why PULSTAR PLUGS dont always work...(your video) higher rpm require higher volt...stock cars 12-14volt...8-10volt bad battery/cold--dying... --your experiment/my hero...
Can you show use how to make dual ignition sir? Be useing 2 ignition coils? I have problem I want to use multipel ignition coils but me 4 pin gm ignition module and the dashboard voltage regulator are polarity sensitive can I use normal dual polarity 5 pin blinker relays to activate me coils? I was also wondering how culd I modify alternator to act as dynamo ignition system so it can send full power to ignition coil at all times? Wuld that be posibel? I do have that odd starter selenoid bypass wire for ignition coil but as mentioned before me dashboard and ignition module are polarity sensitive how can I solve that problem me fuse pops nothing ells hapens when I try to use that bypass wire . Any good ideas for improving ignition syste. I did try out your plasma ignition how ever I noticed change in alternators starting charge rpm from 1200rpm it rised up to 2500rpm how can I prevent this hapening to me alternator If I use plasma ignition???
I'm sorry, I don't quite understand what you mean? You want to make your 8 cylinder engine with distributor ignition system to run with 2 ignition coils?
@@OkkiMoeljadi no I have 4 cilinder engine who can fire at compresion stroke and exaust stroke I alredy tested me engine it does work only fiering at exaust stroke but me engine does not suport waste spark ignition . So I have bunch E core singel hei coils I have bunch 4 pin gm ignition modules and have induction triger inside me distributor . But the problem is me 4 pin gm ignition module is polarity sensitive and me dashboard positive linear voltage regulator is also polarity sensitive . So Im looking to buil somthing that is not polarity sensitive so I can ajust voltage and amps out put basicaly I want bouth amplifier ignition and plasma ignition with twin ignition. So the timing must be around 180° faze shift . I also wuld like to ajust coil polarity as well . Normal waste spark fiers - + I want to be abell to change that to + - ,+ + ore - - . Im experimenting lot with me engine but cant finde any not polarity sensitive trigering device I dont know how I wuld do that with just 1 induction pick up coil? If posibel I wuld like to remove those anoying regulators as well. Normaly GM starter motors come with bypass wire ignition coil the R terminal selenoid but thats on points ignition I have this electrical crap so I dont know how to bypass that problem with me E core hei ignition coil me fuse pops if I try to use that wire. Recently I discovered somthing ells me car refused to stop because of blinker relay some how I made the car run in unit with all 4 blinkers that was odd to me . So I ques some how me coil worked similar like a buzz coil that same 3 pin blinker relay look exactly like a coil ignitor . So I was wondering if I culd use relays to switch me coils instead of those gm ignition modules wuld that work if I used twin relays ?

dag this means my spark plug electrode was broken way before my misfire started, valves for sure!!!
Thank you 😊

Sorry bang.. Jd klo mobil 12 v g bisa pk yg non spark plug y?
