In this video, Dr. Puru Dhawan will tell you about the treatment and causes of frothy urine in kidney failure patients.
Protein in the urea or proteinuria is a disease in which a patient loses a greater amount of protein in the urine. When a patient is suffering from kidney disease then foamy or frothy urine is a common problem.
Protein loss in a kidney failure patient can be controlled by controlling the main cause of the disease which are :
1. Hypertension
2. Diabetes
3. IgA nephropathy
When nephron becomes unable to filter the protein inside the body, the protein gets excreted through urine. This can be controlled by controlling the causes of kidney failure.
It becomes very important for a patient to control the levels of creatinine, potassium, and urea. The root cause of the kidney failure needs to be managed to stop the protein loss in urine. Levels of potassium, creatinine, and urea can be controlled by diet as diet plays a very important role in any person's life.
At SRIAAS we provide KFRT treatment :

Step 3- The kidney starts increasing its function naturally and the patient doesn't need any medicine.

It is advised that patients should take vegetables which are naturally low in potassium like tomato, brinjal, ladyfinger, cucumber, bottle gourd, and round gourd. Hi sir. I m from malaysia. U just started high bp in 2 weeks ago. I m 27 weeks of pregnancy.. I dont have any histrory of hpt and it Newly trigger.. Now i m controlling my bp with meds. My urine protein 24 hrs result show 4.77. Its very high... I done my renal test it shows normal. What i should do now?
hopefully the bp meds help. But high protein in the urine is an issue "preclampsia" and can lead to renal problems down the road if the big protein molecules are allowed to blow out and scar the filters in your kidneys.

The part thats white you can have, the yoke or scrambled eggs yellow are terrible for the cholesterol which is another thing you have to worry about to keep kidneys healthy. Also don't eat high salty foods to lower blood pressure like cold cuts except for regular plain turkey but not more than 2 slices because it's still a protein. Avoid sodas and go with water. Add some flavor.to it with 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar lemon juice. Keep the kidneys hydrated by drinking plenty for water a day.
Thanks, but if proteinuria is triggered by pregnancy, after delivery no high blood pressure again. Can proteinuria occur again in the next pregnancy.
I would bet yes, because not only could it occur again, preclampsia w/proteinuria is on the list for possible causes of renal issues later down the road in life.

Sure it can . Just because your blood pressure is under control doesn't stop proteinuria . Blood sugar in place of normal blood pressure could also cause proteinuria

You left me confused as to what fruit and veggies are good for someone having high blood pressure. Your recommendation is exert opposite of what I have watched in other videos including Eric Berg. Why you cancelled out beet root juice it is recommended in other videos.
an average single beet root has more than 250mg of potassium concentration in it , for making a beet root juice you will require 3-4 beetroots , and all the concentrated potassium present in those 3-4 beetroots will easily exceed your daily amount of potassium consumption , leading to severe heart problems and even heart attack , hope it solves your query

recently SLE is diagnosed and lupus nephritis with creatine 1.63. My nephrologist advice for a renal biopsy. Now im anxious abt my kidny. If i take medications and regular follow up then how long i could avoid dialysis?

No, i had kidney stone,no diabetes, i take a shot of olive oil with squeeze lemon juice first thing in the morning. also take stone break. I pass my stone,no pain. I do it for a week straight.

other causes can be UTI (urinary tract infections) , inflammation , kidney stones , dehydration
My own case is Autoimmune because my BP and sugar is good. No infection, no kidney stones either. What is the treatment?

@@mariarosariodelosreyes4217 is he an athlete. All intense exercise causes transient protein and blood leakage into urine. Try resting for 5 days and reducing his protein to 0.5-0.8 grams per lb of bodyweight and test again. If it clears up within 5 or so days of no intense exercise and moderate protein then it's just exercise induced.
@@mariarosariodelosreyes4217 then you can have him supplement with 4000-6000 mgs of astragalus root. It will dramatically increase kidney filtration even during exercise.
How you reduced it. I've same condition
@@ameerajamaluddeen4014 4-6000 mgs of astragalus root. An ARB or ace inhibitor if your bp is high and that should really help the kidneys.

l had urine test and confirm l got proteinuria last year. l still eat the fruits and veg u showed but not everyday. i.e an avocado a week or two. half potato a week .chicken breast a week 1.5 to 2litres water daily. tofu once a wk etc

@@mad_titanthanos no lm not.lm aware of it so adjust my diet. l eat turmeric with black pepper instead of salt. cut salt down by 90'/, and dont eat junk or process food. it gives the chance to heal the kidney filter system. drink 1.5 to 2 ltres water daily.

@@mad_titanthanos even if you don't have high blood preasure and ACE or ARB, like Lisinopril can possiblity put it in remission along with a low protein diet. And now, approved this spring are SGHL 2 inhibitors that were used to treat diabetsis, but have been found extremely beneficial for CDK w/proteinuria.
@@bounlathhansackda7079 Left untreated a little protein becomes a lot. It happens slowly, then after you progress from Mico to Macro, the progression speeds up. So don't just count on diet. That protein is bombing holes in your kidney fllters which cause scaring and all that stuff cannot be reversed. Get treated now or end up with a more advanced stage like I did. Peace.
