I love this so much. I have one objection to this video, Queen Salma had the same skin tone as Livia. There's a gw1 tonic of the Queen herself. Despite Queen Salma's skin tone, this lore video is amazing! You're the only person who gave a dedicated video to Livia. Good job! I can't wait for more!
Amazing job on the ingame scenes, looks ligit! I love how much emotion you convey with only your voice and a couple of pictures floating on my screen. Thank you for making these! Made me fall for Gw1 lore.

When "One Path Ends" came out, the conundrum of not knowing Livia, having not played the first game, plagued some members of my guild. And so, I am grateful for this lore video so that this key player can be known to all.
I remember having Livia as a hero in my party in Guild Wars 1, if I'm not mistaken, as part of the three necro build with which you could tackle even the hardest PvE content with relative ease. (You basically had your own private army with all three necros spawning minions continously) Anyways nice to hear more about her backstory... Keep up the good work, really enjoy your videos.
I played one path ends now and its just great. I realy like how you interprete and tell the story and im curius about how you get your information, one more time.

Meanwhile im over here thinking what if Anise got her hands on the scepter as the current leader of the shining blade, so if im correct theres rumors about her true age aswell as she had made some slip ups in the human story arc saying stuff that would make her seem way older than she looks or im just making theories and shes just using mesmer magic to mask her true age and looks
The irony of course, is that if the Mursaat hadn't saved Humans from the Charr in the first place (for completely self serving reasons of course), what happened in Ep 6 likely wouldn't have occurred.
SPOILERS I was so disappointed with how this season has gone. They should have introduced the Shining Blade agent early on, so we got to spend more time with her and the reveal at the end meant something. Their treatment of the Mursaat was awful, the Mursaat timeline goes GW1 -> 250 years -> Lazarus is woken up for less than 9mins -> Extinct. They had two good story lines to follow Balth and the Gods or Livia and the Mursaat, they tried to do both and ended up with totally messed up story with characters and pacing veterans and new players alike were displeased with. So many new players must have said "Livia???" at that last fight (whilest only having spent 30mins with the character anyway). GW1 players were teased with Mursaat then it was taken away and then suddenly the Murssat are shoved in at the end and made extinct in under 9mins.. I actually missed the 9min achieve on first play through because I was having so much fun listening to Lazarus's lines as he strangled Livia. I was sitting there thinking "yay now make her head explode ^^" and then was thinking "oh this is great they are giving him so many awesome lines" and then the lines started to repeat... and then I saw the sword... I cried.
I think its hard to the story teller. So many characters to cover, so much lore and history. Its hard to give each the time they deserve. I hope you enjoy the story more going forward. /hugs ❤
I can't get over just how dry the narration was. It felt like the narrator was reading it for the first time, and only reading a few words at a time. The inflections just felt unnatural and not like how someone would actually talk.
stumbled upon this as a friend sent me the video. And while it sure is interesting, I find it hard to listen to. Your tone is that of a bored news reporter. This slight raise of pitch towards the end of a word/sentence gives the impression of the sentence not being finished. It feels like you're reading of a teleprompter...
MetsysEU to me it's like she is whispering or something. Does it make it hard to listen to as it gets a little annoying. But everything else is really good.
Your reading sounds very bored, and the breaks you do are also weird. On some party it sounds actually like you are questioning what you tell us. Maybe try out other read styles? Other than that good work.

Narration is a real learning process for me and Im still working on it, as you can see. Thanks for the feedback - its helps a lot.
