On the cooling problem:
Liquid cooling only helps if the compression ratio is high
As the piston pushes more volume in the cylinder, the heat rises as PV = nRT
Hence, for vehicles involving higher compression ratio, liquid cooling is a must
Hornet 2.0 compression ratio 9.5 : 1 Mt15 compression ratio 11.6: 1
But, unlike mt15, hornet doesn't have higher compression ratio and top end.
Hence it does not need liquid cooling at all.
It is not a missed feature, it is a unrequired feature.

"v" in pv=nrt is the total volume which is less in mt15, and more in hornet,so accordingly what you are relating, hornet should heat more and it will need the liquid cooling. But it's not the case because heating is more directly related to compression ratio than the equation pv=nrt. More compression ratio means less clearance volume which increases heating.

Between these two, I'll go with the Hornet because of the bottom end and mid range performance. I like that. But, with the RTR 200 in the market, there is no point. RTR it is.

MT always gives mileage above 52. TH-camrs never test on road. They just assume.
I have tried milage tests more than 6 times. Mileage was 54-56
what rpm do you upshift each gear in approx?

Both bikes have their pros and cons , prefer honda for greater handling, pillion comfort and mt 15 for comfortable riding, light weight and greater top speed. I ride both bikes, both are almost equal upto 100 kmph. If u dont ride at speed greater than 100 , and not in bad roads then choose hornet. Only con i see in hornet is very stiff suspension.

MT 15 maintenance cost is also high parts are also costly. Hornet avg is above 54-56
Missed to mention,
Spare parts price is too much for MT. Chain sprocket need frequent adjustment and only lasts up to 10-15k Km. Having no center stand in MT, it is difficult for local mechanic to adjust the chain.
Hornet parts are cheap. Chain only need adjustment every 5-6k Km and lasts up to 35k km.
Acceleration is much better in hornet than MT. Headlight of MT is below average.
Back brake bite in MT is causing it to get locked. Despite of having no dual channel ABS, hornet back brake bite is less and wont get locked so easily.
Honda cheap maintenance but yahama 🤣🤣🤣🤣 aur normal mechanic khole ga bhi nahi

pehle mai ne hornet 2.0 lene ke bare mai soch jo already over price hai(1.29 lakh)...par usmai sliper clutch and high end power,dual abs kam hai ...islie mai ne MT 15 lene ke baremai socha jiski price 1.42 lakh hai par usmai dual channel abs and pillon comfort nhi hai..aur thoda jada paisa 1.53 lakh dene pai R15 aa jati hai jismai dual channel ABS hai aur b benifit hai par usmai par pillon comfort nhi hai is lie mai ne Honda hyness lene ke bare mai soch raha hu jismai pillon comfort,dual chanel abs sabkuch hai ..par uski price bahot jada hai..1,85 Lakh...islie mai bike nhi lene vala
