My cover letter turned out to be 3 pages long but I addressed all the concerns specially reason for transitioning into new career and future prospects and plans. Do I have to write SOP after mentioning everything on the cover letter? If I write the SOP do I have to mention reasons for transition and prospects and plans again in the SOP? Please help me out. Anyone kindly tell me, my biometrics is done on 5 December 2024 and After 16 days got refusal at 22 December 2024 and I applied in non sds category ,I am worried that the decision was made so quickly. The SDS decision does not come in such a short time for Non-sds.

Hello khushbu , Well first you have to change your old sop as you are reapply.
Second just explain that you find more opportunities in this new course then older one, show some statistics which you can find by your own research
Third try to explain some medical conditions when you are having this exams and show some subjects in which you have good scores as of your strengths which helps you in the course that you have selected in India.

Hello bro ..I got refusal for 2nd time with not consistent temporary stay and my profile is 10:66.8%, +2:54%, BBA completed from(2014_2022) with 2.71gpa is this really need to justify that I complete my bachelor taking 8years to complete which is of only 4 years .?
Well see you have to justify that gape and tell them that now you are seeing future in this field and you genuinely want to go for it,

I think you got refusal earlier because the architecture subject really depends on the geographic/climatic factor. As in India the bye laws are different and in Canada it is a whole new game, the type of construction you would be studying there in this course is totally different to what we have here, so this pretty much justifies that a person would not leave Canada. That is just my opinion being an architect myself. I am glad though you got the approval

Well you have very less time 8f you will get approval even I 20 days which like rarely possible then still it is very hard to pack everything amd come here so go for may intake

Hi. I received my first refusal on 24th September 2022. I had filed my file on 8th of July. I completed my masters in counseling psychology in 2020 from India and had worked a year at Amazon until 2021. Now I have a gap in my profile moreover a refusal. The reason stated mentions " your purpose of visit is not consistent with temporary stay in Canada". I had selected mental health and disability management at Mohawk College Hamilton campus. I have 7 bands in IELTS and also paid my GIC for a year+ a year of tuition fee.
I too suffered a similar fate. Got refusal in 1.5 months on 12 October 2022. Lodged file on 27 august 2022. I completed my Master of Commerce in July 2021 and worked in a CA firm to gain relevant work ex. Simultaneously applied for Accounting post baccalaureate diploma from KPU, Surrey, BC with Ielts academic overall score of 8. I believed I had a strong SOP and paid tuition fees to the max limit of 22,000 CAD for 1 yr along with 10,000 GIC & wealth report containing sufficient liquid funds as well. The way refusal came was shocking as only my Biometrics was uploaded on GCkey and even medical wasn’t uploaded.

@nikhilsharma what you likely be the fees of the integration lawyers who are connected with IRCC ? I applied for my visa application on the 27th and it was rejected for the same reason that my stay isn't consistent however planning to file for a cover letter first. Still would need some help.
