Here I have shared my experience with Canada student visa rejection. what is the scenario and why Canada student visa, work visa, and spouse visa ie getting a rejection? why refusal floor in Canada visa? I have shared all the statistics with and also given simple solutions for first-time visa applicants and also for reapplying with a student visa.

it all depends on the deadline for a refund if you apply before that that I think you will get it so know about the deadline first okay and then ask your college.

No try to mention you hafld refusal in sop and show the reason in cv and give justification on that okay

i got refusal. reason stating purpose of your visit is not consistent.
my profile 10th 68% 2012. 12th 64%.2014. b. tech in mech. engg. 63.8%.2014to 2018.degree completed in 2020. 7 backlog. ielts 7 bands. shown itr, ca report property evaluation. what should i do now?

Didn't show any funds, has a friend eho applied with the similar documents and no financial documents other than 1 year fee and Gic and got visa, mine got rejected.
I have applied for the caips notes as my reason for Refusal is - Purpose of visit is not consistent.
1. What are your suggestions, what changes should i opt for my application other than adding the cover letter?
2. can we disturb the bank balance once we have lodged the file or we have to keep the account and amount still until visa arrives?
3. also are 7 lacs enough to show?
4. And also Can I attach LIC insurance worth 5lacs ?
Please do help and answer my questions, would be really grateful.

Hi Romi, my visa too got refused 2 weeks back and m planning to reapply..My question is, since I'm going to address my refusal reasons in my cover letter (will not leave Canada and course not aligned)..will that not be repetitive since I will also mention the same in my SOP ( about my future goals and why am I choosing that particular course). Had you mentioned it both on your SOP and cover letter? Please let me know since I'm applying again for winter intake? 🤞

Hi Romi ,my sis visa get refused 3 times the reason they apply that u cannot go back to India for studying despite having 6,6,7,7 band (nutrition and dietician program) graduation 74 % . Now day feel very disheartening for us depressing going in home . please suggest some solutions

Do u know anyone who got visa with 3 years of gap after 12th..? As I passed my 12th in 2019 and showed gap with computer certificates… I m really stressed
well i have seen 1 with 2-year gap but not 3 year but don't worry if you have show a proper gap reason then it will be okay, wish you the best of luck
