    @larry Restriction Rules are sooooooo good... ALTHOUGH I always think this goes against the model of starting closed and slowly opening up access yet now we're having security features that are now locking down as well.. my worry is will this made security management harder if restriction rules get larger in scope. Also LOVE the idea of app based permissions / citizen developers etc BUT I would LOVE this to go further... I know it's a bit outside security & visibility, but what about more general users? A user of a team can create chatter notifications for when records change to X, as long as it's not limit impacting. Why can't users have more control over what they and their team's notifications... or even creating UI flows to help their team, only their team can see it, only that specific user of the team has permission to create & view UI flows for their team/department etc... This would be epic!
