No the user won't see the records. He can only see the records he created or we have shared with via manual sharing or any other sharing

User is not having cred permission even he is not having view all and modify all permission and owd is private still he is able to create record. What could be the possible reason ?

May be a permission set is assigned or may have modify all data permissions

May be they shared apex class with that user ( inside this class they creates record) , so class always runs in system context even if he has no cred permission he able to create records by calling this class.

how can we share a record for only one day ?

create a sharing rule and use a checkbox field in it , it that checkbox is true, share the record. after one day, mark that checkbox false. not a good approach though..
