I don't think World Breaker Hulk was a condition but more of a situation. He gets stronger and stronger then he got to a point where they referred to him as World Breaker.
He has a chance of beating Darkseid's physical avatar, not the real deal. Yes, i've heard he shattered his true essence once but the real Darkseid should always be too much for Superman.
Superman isn't this all go-to bonafide 1 minute fight character that people think he is, and that's the one main reason that irritates me about hardcore Superman fans. Not saying you are one at all, I just don't like it when people think he can just win because it's Superman, no other reason than that even though this guy loses to regular humans with costumes and technology, and most importantly can get wrecked by a rock.
