I feel the same way. I don't think anyone knows EXACTLY what they're doing. We're all just trying our best to do what we think is the best for us at any given moment.
I have always lived too fast because I always wanted to be an adult, but now when I am 23 I am more confused than ever about what I want to do with my life. I was a very smart, kind and proud kid, but as an adult I am insecure, lost alot of my motivation and ambition and is only sure about that I want too have good finances and family when I am older. But I dont know how I will get there or what I am going to do with my life until then- but I am also very aware in not being alone with these kind of thoughts. I just wish I could be better at living in the moment and not worry to much about whats coming next
Honestly same I just graduated High school need money for school and haven’t found a job yet the odds are high i need guidance or something I don’t have it figured out but people expect me to know what I’m doing 😭
I don't know what I am doing either! It's okay to not know. As long as we enjoy the road we are on, then not knowing is expected. Even our parents don't know what they are doing half the time. "We are all living for the first time on Earth", which I think is a statement that presents that we don't know what we are doing because this is our first time. It is also a statement that tells us to show some leniency towards the mistakes and the errors we make and those of our parents and teachers and so on.
I can relate to this so much lately. Last year I just suddenly found a flat and a job and move away from my parents and I felt so cool about it, being independent and living my own life, but the longer I am in it, I just feel like I am still a child just cosplaying an adult and I realized I have nothing figured out.
Everyday, I’m like “oh.. I’m 23. Oh, I am in such a weird space of being a graduate student where I already have a degree but I don’t have a big girl job. Oh, what do I even do?” And then, I’m just like, “ok, time to get up and do stuff”.
I don’t know what I’m doing like literally right now Like Ten seconds ago I was just like “Wait- what the heck am I doing” Because I think im burnt out Annnnd Idk idk idk idk I am writing this in the middle of overthinking everything and freaking out Idk if you can tell … okay. Right now, I feel pressured to do this thing coming up very soon, right. And I have been doing this thing for a while. But now I like, have all these people- and I’m starting to get sick of it and idk what to do right now cause I feel like I’m supposed to be doing stuff but I can’t and I feel like I’m just being lazy and maybe I am being lazy IDK Piano I am struggling To play piano I can barely listen to what I’m doing I don’t hear the music And I mean that in like… every aspect of my life? Idk if this makes any sense Whatever
