i also follow the "Odoo 15 Development Essentials Enhance ..., 5th Edition by Daniel Reis" book and try to add extending modules but it cannot show that module in submenu. I do not know why even though i checked and reuse the code from book. Also, i gave it right access. This module is in separated folder: library_app and library_member. This is in chapter 4 of the book.
