The flowers are dyed! You can do it with a lot of different types of flowers, but basically you cut a bit of the stem and put it in a vase that has food coloring and water - then the flower will soak up the color.
You’re definitely the hostess with the mostest! Love your ideas and garden adventures. Have fun with your next project and perhaps we can all glean a little inspiration :).

Allison when you water your flowers try not to actually get water on the plants. You want to water them underneath at the soil top. Watering the leaves and flowers will cause them to get burnt in the sun as the water dries on the leaves.

Loved what you showed us for the party the cake looked pretty. My husband put soapy water in a spray bottle to spray on his plants to get rid off insects. 👍🥰

So anything that you planted as seeds needs to be watered pretty much daily and kept moist to encourage the root growth and help the roots and first leaves pop out of the seed shell. Especially for carrots! It could just be the lighting, but all of your sprouts looked really pale, and that indicates they aren't getting enough water and are dying back. Also, sunflowers get huge and grow massive root systems, watch out, they could wreck your raised beds.

Ahhh Allison I loved this video!! & you're so sweet for doing this for your friend! I do have to suggest: there's so many fun and super yummy dairy free options at the store and it woulda been so cool to see a full menu of dairy free options for your friend and with maybe a few things with dairy for everything else. Just speaking from experience I can't have dairy at all and someone threw me a surprise party and I couldn't eat a single thing besides chicken and fruit! HOPE TO SEE MORE PARTY/HOSTING VIDEOS!
